What is included

The days of the event are where planning meets reality. Our on-site operations service covers the following.

  • On-site command center setup

We set up a command center on site as the base from which the event is run.

  • Signage production and installation

We produce signage and install it at the event.

  • Vendor management and dispatch

We manage the event's vendors and dispatch them where they are needed.

  • Real-time issue tracking and resolution

Issues that come up during the event are tracked and resolved in real time.

  • Speaker ready room and AV coordination

We coordinate the speaker ready room and audiovisual needs.

How it works

We staff and run the floor, including registration desks, signage, the command center and vendor coordination. Our approach comes from experience at large events: we over-prepare, and we staff for contingencies.

That experience includes six consecutive Olympic Games between 2004 and 2016, where we were accountable for accreditation, registration and on-site logistics at events serving up to 35,000 attendees daily. Rob Starnino, our Senior Application Specialist, owns registration platform configuration and on-site technical operations.

Who it is for

This service is for associations, scientific societies and corporate conferences that want one team accountable for the event floor, from a 200-person board meeting to a 14,000-attendee annual congress.
