About Exposoft

Exposoft was founded in 1996 in Mississauga, Ontario. Three decades later, we are a five-person senior team backed by specialist partners, delivering conferences and trade shows for associations, scientific societies, and corporate clients across Canada, the United States, and international destinations.

Operational Rigor

We managed six consecutive Olympic Games between 2004 and 2016, with accountability for accreditation, registration, and on-site logistics at events serving up to 35,000 attendees daily. That experience shaped how we operate today. We over-prepare. We staff for contingencies. We deliver every event on or under budget.

One Partner, One Platform

Most event management firms outsource their technology. They contract one vendor for registration, another for the mobile app, a third for lead retrieval. Each handoff introduces risk and adds licensing fees that get passed back to the client.

We built our own platform. Crystal has handled registration, abstracts, badging, mobile apps, exhibitor management, and financial reporting on every Exposoft engagement since 2007. Our clients work with one company instead of five. When a client's program requires us to operate inside other platforms, we integrate cleanly and bring the same tech-forward approach to every engagement.

AI-Native Operations

Trevor Sookraj joined Exposoft in 2024 to bring AI into our day-to-day operations. We have invested in proprietary AI tools, including Varuna, our internal project management tool for event coordination that handles RFP ingestion, contract analysis, email triage, and more. We bring this fluency to client engagements as a working capability that shows up in faster turnarounds and better answers.
